INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Yours & Mine Gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1/2 passionfruit
- Soda water
GARNISH
- 1/2 passionfruit
METHOD
To a highball glass, add lime juice, sugar syrup, gin and seeds from half of a passionfruit. Fill with ice, gently stir. Top with soda water and stir again. Garnish with extra passionfruit and enjoy.
