WHAT IS A GARDEN STREET GIN CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

A Garden Street Gin Club membership is everything you didn't know you needed. 

WHAT WILL I GET IN EACH BOX?

Every month we include a full sized* bottle of our "gin of the month". We let our members know on the 1st of the month what the gin will be. This way it's kind of kept as a surprise unless you want to check your emails and ruin it! We like to think of ourselves as an accomodating bunch.  Alongside the gin you will get perfectly paired tonics and garnishes so you can create a delicious, mouth-watering G&T, as well as snacks and a glossy, gin-themed magazine with articles, and cocktail and food recipes. We also include a special surprise gift each month!

*A full sized bottle depends on the distillery's full bottle, which is almost always 700ml. Occasionally (about once a year) we may feature a 500ml gin that is too good not to share. In these boxes, we promise to include an additional alcoholic item which ensures the value is the same or higher than a box which features a 700ml bottle.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you are signed up to one of our recurring subscriptions (monthly, every two months or quarterly membership options) we charge you $99 every time you’re due a box. You won’t pay anything for the months that you’re not due a box or if you decide to pause or skip a box. Payment is taken on the 3rd of each month. There’s no joining fee and we won’t charge you for amending or cancelling your subscription. Oh and did we mention that shipping is free on all subscription boxes?

WHAT ARE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?

We have three recurring subscription options for our memberships: Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly. With each subscription option you only pay for what you receive. Every time you're due a box, you'll pay $99. If you want to add additional boxes these will be charged at your member's rate of $99. We'll send out an email on the 1st of every month announcing which gin we are featuring. We believe you should only receive a box that you actually want, so if you decide that month's box isn't for you, you can simply skip it and wait for the next. Our memberships are completely flexible.

I JUST SUBSCRIBED. WHAT WILL MY FIRST BOX BE?

If you have joined the club with a regular membership before the 28th of the month, you will receive that month's box* for your first delivery and your box will leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. To see what is in this month's box please head to our home page or our social media pages.

If you sign up to a recurring subscription after the 28th, you will be allocated next month's box as your first box and this will be shipped in the first week of the next month. After your first box, all future boxes will be charged on the 3rd of the month and will ship within the following few business days.

*If the monthly box is especially popular, we may sell out before the 28th however we'll let you know with a notice on our website. After we've sold out, all new subscribers will be allocated next month's box and it will be shipped in the first few days of the next month. 

Gift subscriptions commence immediately, and the first box will be the current calendar month unless sold out prior.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SUBSCRIPTION OPTION IS BEST FOR ME?

If you're like the Garden Street team and are an avid gin lover or you’re keen to experiment and learn more about the different craft gins that Australia and the world has to offer, then our monthly gin subscription would be perfect for you! If you like your gin but tend only to drink at home on a semi-occasional basis, then a box every two months would be a good place to start. Our quarterly subscription is ideal for anyone who loves a gin every now and then, as a little treat on a Sunday arvo when relaxing at home.

However, with flexible options, you can swap and change you schedule as little or as much as you like! You only pay for the boxes that you receive. Just be sure to make any changes to your account by the 2nd of the month as we'll take payment on the 3rd. Once payment is processed, your order is on the way so unfortunately it's too late to cancel.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HIDDEN COSTS/AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTACT?

We believe in complete transparency, so what you see is what you get. When we say the subscription boxes are $99, we really do mean it, including free shipping! You'll only be charged for the boxes you're scheduled to receive and you're free to skip boxes or cancel your membership at any time, no strings attached! All of our pricing and products can be seen on our website under the relevant, associated tabs.

HOW FLEXIBLE IS FLEXIBLE?

Remember those stretchy lycra pants from the 80's and 90's? No? Then imagine you're a gymnast and can put your own foot on your head. That's how flexible our memberships are. As long as you make any changes by the 2nd of the month, you can order as much or as little as you like, and can change your subscription as many times as you like. You can skip boxes that you don't want, add in boxes that you're not due to receive, pause your membership, or cancel at any time with no strings attached. Like we said, lycra levels of flexibility! 

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE BOX?

We offer a money back guarantee, no questions asked! We feel confident that you'll love your boxes; if you don't love them the team will shed a little collective tear, but are happy for you to return unopened and unused boxes for a full refund. 

HOW DO I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Everything related to your membership can be managed via your online member's portal.

Simply log in here. If you haven't set up your member's portal yet you will need to do that first and you can also do that here. Make sure you use the email address that you originally signed up with. Once signed in, you have free reign to update your details and alter your subscription how you see fit. If you're unable to access your account please let us know at hello@gardenstreet.com.au and we'll reset it for you on our end. 

DO I GET ANY ADDED BENEFITS AS A GARDEN STREET MEMBER?

Definitely, your membership is so much more than a gin box! Not only do members receive exclusive discounts, limited releases and invites to events but you also receive bragging rights to showcase your amazing gin collection to family and friends. I HAVE AN ALLERGY OR DIETARY REQUIREMENT, CAN I STILL JOIN THE CLUB?

Absolutely! Please place all dietary requirements in the order notes of your cart when signing up and we will do our very, very best to accommodate to your needs.

I’D LIKE TO GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Yes, absolutely! Our beautifully designed boxes with the carefully curated craft gin and assorted goodies inside make the perfect gift for all occasions. We offer 3 box, 6 box and 12 box gift subscriptions on our website. These subscriptions are fixed term and do not renew. You pay for the number of boxes up front and there are no additional charges. We can also offer custom options if you want a different number of boxes or want them delivered on a different timeline - to arrange this please email us on hello@gardenstreet.com.au.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED EACH MONTH?

Your very first charge for your subscription box will go through when you sign up and you'll receive your box shortly after. For all boxes after that, the charge for your subscription box will go through on the 3rd of each month (but only months when you're due to receive the gin!).

WHAT IS THE CUTOFF DATE FOR SHIPPING MONTHLY BOXES?

We ship monthly boxes throughout the month until the 28th or unless we are sold out prior. Any orders placed before then will receive that months box, and any orders placed after that date will receive next month's box.

Gift subscriptions commencing on or after the 28th will receive the current month if stock allows.

CAN I BUY JUST A ONE-OFF BOX?

Definitely! We have a range of one-off gift boxes available on our website for purchase. You can have these sent directly to the recipient by using their name and address in the shipping details section at checkout. We can also include a lovely hand written gift note in the box for you - all you need to do is pop the note in the cart notes section and we'll take care of the rest! In these gift boxes, we will not include receipts or paperwork of any kind. We recommend that you write a note to let the recipient know who the gift is from otherwise they'll be left scratching their head about who sent them such a glorious gift!

DO YOU INCLUDE A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?

Nope! There is no receipt or paperwork of any kind included in any of our boxes. Your order confirmation and receipt will be emailed to the address we have on file. If you do require a tax invoice please reach out to hello@gardenstreet.com.au and we'll arrange one for you.

DO YOU CATER FOR CORPORATE ORDERS?

WHY CAN'T I LOG IN?

It's possible that you haven't activated your account yet. Please head to the account set up link here. Just make sure to use the email that you registered your subscription with.

CAN I SKIP A BOX?

Absolutely! Your subscription is completely flexible and we never want you to receive any unwanted gin! To skip a box, log into your Member's Portal (you will need to set up an account if you haven't already) > Click Manage Your Subscription > Click the Delivery Schedule tab. Here you can see a preview of your upcoming boxes and can choose to skip as many as you like. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Oh no, don't leave us! If you've found yourself drowning in too much gin you can always skip a box or pause your membership for as long as you like. If you really must go, we understand but will need to pass the box of tissues around the office.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Member's Portal (you will need to set up an account if you haven't already) > Click Manage Your Subscription > Edit > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > Cancel Subscription. 

CAN I ADD EXTRA GOODIES IN WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Definitely! You can add extra garnish, extra tonic or extra gin (we won’t judge) in with your box and we'll send it out together. That's right - free shipping! To do this, log on to your Member's Portal (you will need to set up an account if you haven't already) > Click Manage Your Subscription then click Add Product. Anything you add in here will be included in your next box and charged at the same time. 

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Going on holidays? Doing Dry July? Pregnant? Or just need a break from G&Ts (said no one ever)? No problem. You can pause your subscription for as long as you need. To do so, log in to your Member's Portal > Click Manage Your Subscription > Click Skip Shipment.

CAN I GET MORE / LESS GIN?

Of course! Just like we never want you to receive unwanted gin, we also never want you to be in a situation where you've run out! Your subscription is completely flexible - you can pause for a while, skip boxes, add extra boxes in or change your delivery frequency at any time.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

To change your shipping address, log in to your Member's Portal (you will need to set up your account if you haven't already) > Click Manage Your Subscriptions > Edit > Click Shipping Address tab. Once there, click on your address and update it to your new details then click 'Update Shipping Address'. All future boxes will now be sent to this address. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

To change your payment details, log on to your Member's Portal (you will need to set up your account if you haven't already) > Click Manage Your Subscription > Click the Billing Information Tab (top right). Then click Card On File and add your new details in. All future orders will be charged to this card.

I'VE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP, BUT HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. HOW DO I RESTART IT?

Great choice, if we do say so ourselves. To reactivate your subscription all you need to do is log in to your Member's Portal > Click Manage Your Subscription > Click Re-activate! Then sit back and wait for your gin to arrive at your door.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF BOXES I RECEIVE?

If you've got too much gin or not enough, you can update the frequency of your deliveries. You can choose to receive a box every month, a box every 2 months or a box every 3 months. To change your frequency, log in to your Member's Portal > Click Manage Your Subscriptions > Edit. On the left hand side you'll see your current frequency. Click here to change to your desired frequency, then click 'Update'.

WHAT IS THE CUTOFF DATE FOR MAKING CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT?

The cut off date for making changes to your account is the 3rd of each month as this is when the charge for your subscription box will go through. To do so, you'll need to jump on to your portal HERE (if you haven't already set up your account, you will need to do this before you can log in). The gin of the month announcement email will be sent out on the 1st of each month, so you will have 48 hours to decide whether you want this box or not. Once your order is processed on the 3rd, it is in our shipping system and will be unable to be refunded.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, please head to the log in page and click 'Forgot your password?'. Enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that you can use to reset your password.

*If you don't receive this email from us, it's because you have not activated your account with us. Please head to the create account page and follow the prompts to finalise setting up your account with us. If you have any issues drop us a line on hello@gardenstreet.com.au and we'll help you out!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

Your email address is stored alongside your billing information. To change this, log into your Member's Portal > Click Manage My Subscription > Click Billing Information Tab (top right). Click on your email, scroll down and add your new email address in here. Click 'Update' to finalise the change.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Good news, shipping is free with all subscription boxes! For one-off gift boxes and gin shop orders, the cost of shipping ranges from $10-$15 for regular shipping or $20-$25 for express shipping. Same day couriers range are $30 for delivery in metro Melbourne (n.b. further afield in Victoria is possible, please contact hello@gardenstreet.com.au to enquire about rates).

I'VE JUST SUBSCRIBED - WHEN WILL MY FIRST BOX BE SENT?

For all subscriptions joined before the 28th of the month*, we will ship that month's box within 1-3 business days unless we've sold out before then. Any orders placed on or after the 28th will receive next month's box. This will be shipped during the first week of the following month.

*Unless sold out prior - if the box is sold out it will be stated on the home page and subscription page of our website

WHEN IS MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX SHIPPED?

When you are scheduled to receive a subscription box, the charge will go through on the 3rd of the month. We will ship your box out over the following few business days. You'll receive an email containing a tracking number when it is despatched from our warehouse.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Most orders arrive within a week or two, depending on where they're being shipped to, and express orders should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Once it leaves the warehouse your box is in the hands of AusPost which means we are occasionally impacted by their delays. To calculate AusPost shipping times please visit the AusPost website here to access their shipping calculator. We also offer same day couriers to Metro Melbourne, which is an option at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is despatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email from us containing the tracking number. We recommend entering this number into the AusPost tracking website rather than using the app as it provides more accurate results.

We don't have any more information in our system beyond your tracking. The best people to contact regarding the status of your parcel would be AusPost who can give more accurate and up to date information.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you are worried that your order has gone missing, please reach out to us at hello@gardenstreet.com.au and let us know your order number. We'll do our very best to look after you and get your gin to you ASAP!

Please note that we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID outbreaks around the country so your order may take longer than normal to arrive. We ask that you allow up to four weeks for delivery (though most won't take anywhere near this long) and we appreciate your patience while AusPost does their thing!

WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING PARTNER?

We work with AusPost for deliveries all around Australia and a local courier company for same day deliveries to Metro Melbourne.

CAN I COLLECT MY BOX?

Sadly we don't have any collection points available just yet! It's something we are working on and hope to have available for our local members in the future.

CAN I ARRANGE A SAME DAY COURIER?

We offer same day courier options to Metro Melbourne addresses which costs $30, please select this at checkout. Please note the cut off time for ordering same day deliveries is 11am. If ordering for delivery on a specific day please place requirements in your order notes at checkout.

We offer services in Victoria outside of metro, cost is dependent on location. If you'd like to arrange this, please drop us an email to hello@gardenstreet.com.au so we can provide a quote and arrange the delivery.

MY ORDER IS TAKING FOREVER TO COME...

We are currently experiencing delays with AusPost due to COVID outbreaks and the various lockdowns throughout Australia and orders may take longer than usual to arrive as a result. We know you're thirsty and eagerly awaiting your delivery but we appreciate your patience while AusPost work their magic. We promise it'll be worth the wait! For time-sensitive one-off gift box orders, we'd recommend choosing express post at checkout as these will be prioritised by AusPost. We can also provide gift certificates on request if you'd like to notify the recipient about what is coming!

Our boxes can be delivered anywhere around Australia. Unforuntately we do not currently ship to New Zealand or other countries.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS?

Yep! Sure do!

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY BOX IS DELIVERED?

Unfortunately we are unable to authorise Australia Post to leave your delivery unattended as it contains alcohol. If you are not home for delivery, your box will be taken to your local post office for collection.

I'VE ORDERED A ONE-OFF GIFT BOX AS A PRESENT - WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

If an order is placed before 10am during the week we will ship your gift box that day. Any orders placed after 10am will be shipped the very next business day.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you'd like to change your address please do so on your member's portal To do this, log in to your Member's Portal > Manage Your Subscriptions > Shipping Address tab (top right). Click your current address, change the details to your new address then click 'Update' to finalise the change. All future orders will be sent to this address.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX cards as well as GooglePay, PayPal and ApplePay. AfterPay is available for store purchases and prepaid subscriptions only – not for recurring subscriptions just yet!

CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes absolutely! To change your payment method please log in your Member's Portal > Click Manage Your Subscription > Billing Information Tab (top right). Here you can update your card details - all future payments will go through on this card.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping on all subscription boxes is free! Woohoo!! For one off gift boxes or gin shop purchases, shipping varies between $10 - $25 depending on where the box is going and whether you'd like it sent express or in regular post.

CAN I HAVE A TAX INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?

Please allow around 3-5 business days for a refund to land back in your account.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A SAME DAY COURIER TO DELIVER A GIFT BOX?

If you'd like us to arrange a same day courier to Metro Melbourne the charge is $30 and you will need to select that shipping option at checkout. Orders before 11am can be sent the same day. If you would rather just specify a day for delivery please write your requirements in the order notes.

IF I ADD EXTRAS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX, HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?

If you add additional goodies into your monthly subscription box (which you can do via your members portal) the charge for the extras will be processed at the same time as when the subscription box goes through.

We'll send everything out together too so you don't have to pay for shipping.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE REFERRAL PAYMENT?

To share the love with your mates, head to the bottom right hand corner of our website. Here, you'll find our 'Refer a Friend' widget. All you need to do is pop your details in and share the link with your friends. Make sure your friends use your code to claim the discount.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY MEMBER'S DISCOUNT?

You'll have received your member's discount code in an email from us. If you can't find it, feel free to flick us an email and someone from our super friendly customer support team will help you out!

WHEN IS THE MONTHLY MASTERCLASS?

Our Masterclasses are (usually) held on the last Thursday of each month. In the week leading up to the masterclass, you'll receive an invite via email plus a few additional reminders. We host the masterclass online and it's a great opportunity to sit down for a relaxed evening and learn more about the distillery we are featuring that month.

WHERE IS MY BOX?

When your order is despatched by our lovely warehouse team, we'll send you an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can keep an eye on your delivery with the tracking function on Australia Post's website.

I THINK I'VE ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED TWO BOXES, WHAT DO I DO?

If you've accidentally ordered two boxes please reach out to us ASAP and we'll do our best to intercept the second order for you. If your order has already been despatched unfortunately there's nothing we can do, however you are welcome to return the second box to us once it arrives to you.

THERE'S SOMETHING MISSING FROM MY BOX

Oh no!! Our warehouse team does a very thorough job to ensure that your boxes arrive perfectly but if you are worried that something is missing please drop us a line at hello@gardenstreet.com.au and we'll sort you out with a replacement.

HOW DO I SKIP MY UPCOMING BOX?

Your subscription is completely flexible and we never want you to receive any unwanted gin! To skip a box, log into your Member's Portal > Click Manage Your Subscription > Click the Delivery Schedule tab. Here you can see a preview of your upcoming boxes and can choose to skip as many as you like.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T LIKE THE GIN I'VE RECEIVED?

We pride ourselves on finding the best craft gins around Australia and showcasing them to our members. As with everything, it's difficult to find something that is going to please everyone but our aim is to give you the opportunity to try different styles of gin with a range of interesting botanicals. If you don't love the G&T, we recommend that you try the gin with a few different styles of tonic; different tonics can have a huge impact on the overall taste of the G&T and you may find a different pairing is perfect for you! MY BOX HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Whilst our wonderful warehouse team does an incredible job of carefully packing our gin boxes, unfortunately shipping and delivery partners aren't always gentle with them. If your box arrives broken, or you can see through your tracking that your box has been damaged in transit, please email us at hello@gardenstreet.com.au and let us know. We promise we'll take good care of you!

CAN I CANCEL MY BOX AFTER THE CHARGE HAS GONE THROUGH?

We announce our gin of the month on the 1st of the month and the charge for your box will go through on the 3rd. We ask that you please let us know before the 3rd if you would like to skip your box. Once the charge has gone through, your order is sent down to our warehouse team for shipping. At this point, your order is already sent through our system and we are unable to cancel it. If you'd like to return it once you receive it, please email us at hello@gardenstreet.com.au to arrange the return. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

I FORGOT TO COLLECT MY BOX FROM THE POST OFFICE AND IT'S BEEN RETURNED TO YOU. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you're not home when AusPosts attempts to deliver your box, they'll take it to your local Post Office for collection. Generally they'll hold onto it for 1-2 weeks, however once that timeframe has passed they will return it back to us as unclaimed. If this happens, please reach out - we are more than happy to ship your box out to you again however please note that there is a $15 fee to cover the additional shipping costs.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

If you notice that you've entered the shipping address incorrectly, please reach out to us as soon as possible on hello@gardenstreet.com.au. If your order has not been despatched we can easily update the address for you however it is more difficult if your order is already on the way. We are able to request that the parcel is redirected with Australia Post however there are some rare occasions where this does not always work. Unfortunately in this case, there's not too much we can do. If the redirection is successful, please note that it will add additional time onto the delivery timeframe.

WHAT DO I DO IF AUSPOST LOSES MY ORDER?

We are currently experiencing delays with AusPost due to COVID outbreaks and the various lockdowns throughout VIC and NSW. Sadly your orders may take longer than usual to arrive as a result. We know you're thirsty and eagerly awaiting your delivery but we appreciate your patience while AusPost work their magic. If your parcel tracking shows no movement in 2-3 weeks please reach out to us and we will launch an enquiry with them if the timeframe is reasonable. If they do lose your box (again, very rare!) we promise we'll take care of you!

MY TRACKING SHOWS THAT MY BOX HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT'S NOT HERE!

If AusPost tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us. We recommend checking outside and in common areas, in the event that your parcel was left by the delivery driver. We also recommend checking the tracking as sometimes parcels show as 'delivered' when they are awaiting collection from your local post office.

I'VE ENTERED MY BILLING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

If you've entered the incorrect billing address please let us know. We don't include any billing information or other paperwork in the box so for the most part it doesn't really matter!
