Over 6 months in the making, the Native Red Lime Gin kicks off Finders Distillery's Locations series, showcasing local produce like never before. This gin features Australian Red Lime and Native Red Finger Limes from the Macleay Valley Coast, Byron Sunrise Finger Lime, Kaffir Lime Leaf, and Tahitian Lime alongside Juniper, Coriander seed, Angelica root, Orris root, Cassia bark, and Chamomile. The resulting gin is intensely citrus with herbal notes. Akin to a refreshingly citrus walk through the Aussie bush.
