Sprawling over 500 acres of one of the last remaining untouched parcels of endemic coastal bushland in South Australia, the home of Coffin Bay Spirits occupies a truly rare slice of paradise – pristine clear water and blessed with direct ocean frontage that echoes the wild spirit of the adjacent Coffin Bay National Park.

Every spirit recipe begins with hand-foraged treasures sustainably harvested from this very land and shore, including unique coastal natives and seaweed under our dedicated permit. The untamed environment shapes our small-batch distilling at every step, infusing each bottle with the raw, authentic character of this extraordinary place: the pure essence of an ancient, untouched coastline.
