Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin utilises 26 botanicals in it's one-shot method of distillation, 17 of which are sourced locally from the Byron Bay region: sunrise finger limes, kumquat, blood lime, aniseed myrtle, lilly pilly leaf and Brookfarm’s own macadamia nut are a few. In combination with traditional botanicals, the resultant gin is creamy and well-rounded with a notable native citrus and juniper aroma, followed by a long and interesting herbaceous finish with spicy native ginger and pepper notes.
