Big Tree Grapefruit, Olive Leaf and Rosemary Gin (700ml)

Big Tree Distillery love their grapefruit out on the farm and grow olives and rosemary. So when asked by the Friends of The Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne to design something beautiful and delicious to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Friends, they had to do a Mediterranean-style gin to welcome in the Spring and Summer season.
