Orsa came about when Nick and Ally met fellow Blue Mountains business The Little Coffee Co., who had an extraordinary passion and drive for their craft and the sustainability for coffee. Naturally, they had to collaborate! With the vibrant aromatics from their Affinity Gin and the bitterness and texture of organic cold brew, this serve is perfect for espresso martinis or an after-dinner pick me up.
Orsa just took out Best Liqueur in Australia at Tasting Australia Awards 2023, and has been a hot favourite in the office at Garden Street.
Aromas are lifted, super complex, layered with clove, middle eastern spices and Turkish coffee. Palate is rich yet balanced with brightness on the finish. Enjoy over ice, in an espresso martini, over ice cream or with an Orange or Clementine tonic.
