Sweet and Sandy

Sour lovers rejoice, this classic absolutely shines with Tan Lines Gin. Add in some Limoncello for an extra kick of zesty brightness. This version is on the sweet side, so feel free to start with less and adjust to taste.

INGREDIENTS

- 30ml Tan Lines Gin

- 30ml Limoncello

- 30ml Lemon juice

- 30ml Sugar syrup

- 1 Egg white (or 30ml aquafaba)

GARNISH

- Fresh or dehydrated lemon

METHOD

Chill your favourite coupe glass. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and shake for 10-15 seconds without ice. Add in plenty of ice, and shake well. Double strain into your glass, and garnish with fresh or dehydrated lemon.
