INGREDIENTS
60ml Dog Days Gin
30ml Lemon juice
30ml Aquafaba or egg white
30ml Pineapple syrup
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds, add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Enjoy!
