Dog Days Pineapple Sour

A perfect balance of sweet and sour with a tropical twist, take your tastebuds to Far North Queensland with this delightful cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

- 60ml Dog Days Gin

- 30ml Lemon juice

- 30ml Aquafaba or egg white

- 30ml Pineapple syrup

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds, add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Enjoy!

No eggs or aquafaba on hand, or just want to savour your sip for a bit longer? Turn your sour into a spritz!

PINEAPPLE TART SPRITZ
- 45ml Dog Days Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Pineapple syrup
- Soda water
- Dried pineapple garnish

Add all ingredients except soda to a large stemmed gin glass. Fill with ice, and top with soda. Stir well, and serve with dried pineapple. Cheers!
