Wanted: sightings of Garden Street gin in the wild

The elusive Garden Street gin. Rarely photographed in its natural habitat. Until now.

All month long, we're rewarding sightings of our gins out in the wild, and before you pack the hiking boots: the wild can be anywhere you fancy. A picnic rug, a beach at golden hour, your nan's good patio furniture. If a Garden Street gin is captured, that's a sighting, and it could win you your next box on us.

Three winners will have their next box covered, land a spot on our feed, and score a shout-out in the mag. Not bad for doing the thing you already do so beautifully.

How To Enter:

1 Snap it. Catch your Garden Street in its natural habitat, photo, reel or carousel. Any of our gins counts, as long as the label is in shot.

2 Tag it. Post it on Instagram, tag @gardenstreetginclub with #gininthewild and send us a collab request. Bit shy? Pop it in our DMs instead, it still counts.

3 Win it. Our three favourites win their next box on us, plus a feature on our feed and a shout-out in the mag.


Entries close 11:59pm Sunday 26 July. Then we'll crown our three favourites, cover their next box, feature them everywhere worth being featured, and re-share the best of the bunch all month long.

GIN IN THE WILD: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter. Garden Street Gin Club, ("we", "us", "our").

2. The competition. Gin in the Wild is a game of skill that runs from 12:00am AEST on Sunday 5 July 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 26 July 2026 ("competition period").

3. Eligibility. Entry is open to current Garden Street Gin Club members (active subscribers) who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Our employees, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

4. How to enter. During the competition period, create and share a photo, reel or carousel showing how you enjoy your Garden Street gin, with the Garden Street label clearly visible. The product does not need to be the current month's gin; any Garden Street gin qualifies. Then either (a) tag @gardenstreetginclub and send a collaboration request, or (b) send your entry to us by direct message. Entry is free. You may submit more than one entry.

5. Responsible enjoyment and content standards. This is a celebration of responsible enjoyment. By entering, you agree your entry will: a. depict only responsible, moderate consumption of alcohol; b. not depict, encourage or glamorise excessive or rapid consumption, intoxication, or any irresponsible, dangerous, anti-social, illegal or offensive behaviour; c. not associate alcohol with activities that require care or attention, including driving, operating machinery or vehicles, swimming, or any water, height or safety-related activity; d. not depict any person who is, or appears to be, under 18 years of age, and not feature minors in any way; e. comply with the ABAC Responsible Alcohol Marketing Code; and f. not infringe any law or any person's rights. We moderate all entries and may refuse, remove, edit or disqualify any entry, at any time and at our sole discretion, that we consider breaches these standards or is otherwise unsuitable, without notice.

6. Entry deadline. 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 26 July 2026.

7. Judging and winners. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part. Entries will be judged by the Garden Street team on creativity and how engagingly they show their Garden Street gin. Three winners will be selected and notified via the platform they entered on by 31 July 2026. Our decision is final and we will not enter into correspondence.

8. The prize. Each of the three winners receives their next Garden Street box at no charge, a feature on the Garden Street social feed, and a mention in the Garden Street magazine. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may only be substituted by us where necessary. Featuring of any entry, including a winner's, is subject to it meeting clause 5 and the ABAC Code.

9. Use of your content. By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, communicate, share and feature your entry, in whole or in part, across our owned channels (social media, email, website and magazine) and our paid advertising channels, for a period of twelve (12) months from your entry, and on an ongoing basis for any content we publish during that period. We will credit you where practical.

10. Moral rights consent. To the extent permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you consent to us using your entry without attribution, and to us editing, adapting or adding to your entry, even where this might otherwise infringe your moral rights.

11. Your warranties. You confirm that your entry is your own original content, that you own or control all rights in it, that it does not infringe any third party's rights (including copyright in any music), and that every person appearing in it is aged 18 or over and has consented both to appear and to our use of the content as described.

12. Privacy. We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and use it to conduct the competition and to feature entries.

13. Platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other platform, and you release each of them from any responsibility. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of use.

14. General. Where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it, we may amend, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to any applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (which cannot be excluded), we are not liable for any loss arising from participation in the competition or from any prize. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
