The humble Gimlet is a classic staple for the gin lover. Usually calling for equal parts gin to lime cordial, it's an easy cocktail to recreate at home. For a little more zest and control over the levels of sweetness, we've broken it down into fresh lime juice and sugar syrup. This lets you adjust according to the tang of your seasonal fruit, your gin of choice and most importantly, your palate! INGREDIENTS- 30ml Darwin Gin - 25ml lime juice- 25ml sugar syrup GARNISH- Lime wheel METHODAdd all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish and enjoy.
