INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Big Red Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
GARNISH
- Fresh mint leaf
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Muddle well, then fill shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
