Gin and Seltzer Icy Poles
Who says the kiddos get all the fun treats? Beat the heat (or just bring a ray of sunshine to your day) with this refreshing and fruity icy pole recipe! COAST’s Blood Orange Seltzer pairs perfectly with Dog Days gin and fresh fruit to create a delicious adults-only iced indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 330ml COAST Blood Orange Hard Seltzer
- 60ml Dog Days Gin
- Fresh strawberries and orange
METHOD
Slice up your fruit of choice into small pieces, and arrange into each icy pole mould. We’ve chosen orange and strawberries to match with the Dog Days Gin. Combine 60ml of gin with 280ml of your Blood Orange seltzer.
The combinations here are endless! Mix up a frozen G&T treat with fresh orange, or try a frozen Aperol Spritz or Cosmo!
