Basil Bliss Cocktail
Have you ever sat back a tried to think about what Basil actually smells like? It's fresh, yet aromatic; sweet, yet savoury. If you're like me, when you smell Basil, you're taken on a sensory journey of blissful contentment. This cocktail is no exception. In a bar, the sheer sight of this fresh green cocktail will turn heads with the majority saying, "I'll have what they're having". The subtle basil aroma and sweet elderflower scent will tantalise your nostrils, while the taste, well, let's just say it's BASIL-ICIOUS!

- 60ml The Doctor Gin
- 20ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 30-60ml Soda Water
- Handful Basil Leaves
Add the basil leaves, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker. Half fill with ice and vigorously stir. Shake, then strain into a cocktail glass. Top with soda, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
