Aperol Spritz
Refreshing and light, an Aperol Spritz is a delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness. Aperol provides a distinctive herbal profile that complements the Dog Days Gin. The perfect aperitif to enjoy on a warm summer day!
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Dog Days Gin
- 60ml Aperol
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Soda water
GARNISH
Fresh orange slice
METHOD
Add Dog Days, Aperol and lemon juice to a large glass, fill with ice and top with soda. Stir well and serve with a slice of fresh or dehydrated orange.
