Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural and unique as it gets. With a focus on local Tasmanian and Australian ingredients, some even harvested by us, or modern gin is a clean spirit that teases the palate with fresh, fruity and floral notes. Imperial Mandarin, Strawberry Eucalyptus and Lemon Myrtle blend alongside Wild fennel and of course the hero, Serbian Juniper. This Modern Gin is best enjoyed over ice with a splash of tonic and accompanied by fresh fruits like mandarin or peach to highlight the fruity characteristics that make this modern gin so special.

Best enjoyed with a full flavoured tonic, such as FeverTree Mediterranean or Elderflower. Garnish with peach, mandarin or orange.
