Take a tropical vacation with zingy pineapple, mint, and Tinberry Signature Gin. This refreshing twist on a classic mojito is sure to be a new favourite for long, hot weekends.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Tinberry Signature Gin
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 30ml simple syrup
- 1/2 lime
- 6 mint leaves
GARNISH
- Mint sprig
METHOD In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle lime, mint and simple syrup. Fill glass with ice, add gin and pineapple juice. Stir gently, and top with crushed ice and extra mint leaves.
