The Jasmine

The Jasmine cocktail was created by bartender Paul Harrington in the mid-1990s when college friend Jasmin challenged: ‘make me something you’ve never made before’. We’ll be making it again and again!

When Margaret met Jasmine

INGREDIENTS

- 60ml Margaret Street Signature Gin

- 30ml lemon juice

- 15ml Cointreau

- 15ml Campari (or other bitters)

- 15ml simple syrup

GARNISH

- Lemon twist

METHOD

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express lemon oils over the cocktail before garnishing, and enjoy.
