Four Pillars Rare Old Tom Martinez
If you're looking for a classic cocktail that calls for an Old Tom Gin, then look no further! Widely considered a precursor to the martini, the Martinez has been described as a traditional Manhattan, replacing the whiskey for gin.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Four Pillars Rare Old Tom Gin
- 20ml sweet vermouth
- 5ml Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- Two dashes Angostura bitters
GARNISH
Orange or lemon twist
METHOD
Stir in a mixing glass over ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a citrus twist and enjoy.
Tip: Express the citrus oils from your peel over the cocktail to get the most of your garnish!
