This delectably tart pomegranate cocktail amps up some savoury flavours with rosemary syrup and old fashioned lemonade. Use whatever cocktail sugar you have handy, but we recommend finding one with some dried flowers for an extra touch of indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Jindilli Gin
- 1 tbs Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 Lime
- 20ml Rosemary syrup
- 30ml Old fashioned lemonade
GARNISH
- Sugar rim
- Dehydrated orange
- Rosemary sprig
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker, muddle pomegranate and lime with gin and rosemary syrup. Add ice and lemonade, shake until well chilled. Strain and serve in a chilled coupe
glass rimmed with cocktail sugar.
