The mouthfeel of the Darling Gin from the creaminess of butter used in the still, gives a beautiful texture to any Martini.
INGREDIENTS
- 75ml Darling Gin
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 15ml olive brine
GARNISH
- 3 green olives
METHOD
At least 30 minutes ahead of time, put a Martini glass into your freezer. First fill up a mixing glass with ice, then pour in olive brine and vermouth, then gin. Stir until the outside of your glass is all nice and frosty, then strain into martini glass and garnish with green olives.
