INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Big Red Gin
- 10ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth
- 40ml Sicilian Olive Brine (regular/black olive brine won’t cut it here!)
GARNISH
- Sicilian Olives
METHOD
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir for 30-60 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Not an olive fan? Swap out the olive brine, halve the vermouth and garnish with a twist of lemon.
