INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Jindilli Gin
- 30ml simple syrup
- 60ml pear juice
- 1 strawberry
- 1/2 lime
- Dash of vanilla
- Barspoon of strawberry jam
- Soda water
GARNISH
- Fresh Strawberry
METHOD
- Muddle strawberry, lime, vanilla and jam with gin and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add pear juice, ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass, and top with soda.
