Calling all strawberry-a-holics – this sweet, fruity punch of a cocktail is just for you. Amp up the flavours of vanilla, raspberry and elderflower with a spritz that just screams happy hour in the springtime sun.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Jindilli Gin
- 60ml pear juice
- 30ml simple syrup
- 1 strawberry
- 1/2 lime
- Dash of vanilla
- Barspoon of strawberry jam
- Soda water
GARNISH
- Fresh Strawberry
METHOD
Muddle strawberry, lime, vanilla and jam with gin and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add pear juice, iceand shake until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass, and top with soda.
