Sometimes life can be as easy as a Tom Collins. This classical cocktail is so easy to make, you'll be forgiven for thinking that you're missing some vital ingredients. Whereas the original Tom Collins uses lemon juice and sugar to create a thirst-quenching "home-made" alcoholic lemonade, this twist uses Apple Cider as the sweetener. Along with lime juice, it gives it that perfect refreshing taste for those warmer Autumnal evenings.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml the Doctor Gin
120ml Soda Water
120ml Apple Cider
Juice of 1/2 Lime
METHOD:
Simply combine all the ingredients into a shaker or mixing glass. Stir gently until mixed. Then pour over ice. To finish, garnish with a wedge/slice of apple and some fresh mint!
