Alchemy Gin Fizz

Also known as a Ramos Gin Fizz, this recipe takes a classic gin fizz and adds cream for an extra frothy element. If you loved a ‘spider’ back in the day, take this cocktail for a spin! 

INGREDIENTS

- 60ml Alchemy Distiller’s Cut Gin 
- 30ml heavy cream 
- 15ml lemon juice 
- 15ml lime juice 
- 15ml simple syrup 
- 1 egg white 
- 1 dash orange blossom water 
- Soda water 

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients except soda into your shaker, dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice, and shake vigorously. Add a splash of soda to a highball glass, then slowly strain in the cocktail. Sit in the fridge for 2 minutes to settle, then top with more soda.
