Australia Post Shipping Delays - 14th September

Hi everyone, if you are wondering about shipping at the moment, Australia Post is experiencing slight delays with their services due to high volumes, social distancing measures and reduced flights. We appreciate your ongoing patience whilst they catch up and your orders start arriving to you. We are making sure we are doing everything possible this end out to get your parcel to you as fast as we can.


Shipping glass means that we have a special wine delivery service, to help your box arrive as safely as possible. This service is experiencing even further delays at AusPost due to these parcels being processed manually. This may explain why some of your orders from other companies within Victoria are arriving sooner than ours.


We honestly believe that Australia Post is the best way for us to get your parcels out to you. When their systems are under pressure this extends the amount of time it takes for us to get your gin to you. The best way to track your order is through the AusPost tracking link sent to you on your parcel leaving our warehouse. Unfortunately, neither us nor AusPost can see any more information than through this link - we would love nothing more than to be able provide you an accurate date of when your box will arrive!

What is Garden Street?

Garden Street blossomed in 2018 with a vision to give Australia a unique gin experience that showcases excellent and exclusive quality gins from around the world. Today, Garden Street provides an innovative, easy-to-use gin membership you’ll love.

How do you choose your gins?

Our expert gin specialists pride themselves on their knowledge, and their palate. They sample countless gins, deliberate on flavour notes and even visit revered gin distilleries to help determine whether they make the cut. Try our gins for yourself and taste the difference.

Does Garden Street accept featured gin recommendations?

Absolutely. If you’re a gin distiller or you’ve simply tried an amazing gin you think the world should know about, our friendly team would love to hear about it. Drop us a line at enquiries@gardenstreet.com.au.

Membership

What exactly comes in each box?

Every month we assemble a unique selection of gifts and snacks to accompany our craft gin choice. An example box may contain:

  • - A full-size bottle of our gin of the month
  • - Paired tonic water
  • - Savoury snacks
  • - Sweet snack
  • - A glossy, gin-themed magazine

The combined value of these items is always far more than the $99 for each box, representing great value, month in month out.

How do I decide which subscription option is best for me?

If you’re an avid gin lover or you’re keen to experiment with world class boutique gins, our monthly gin subscription is right up your alley. For recreational gin drinkers, a box every two months may well be enough. Our quarterly option is ideal for anyone who loves a gin on more of an occasional basis.

Do you have any hidden costs?

No, each subscription box you receive is $99, this includes shipping to mainland Australia.

Does a membership lock me in?

No, we don’t believe in lock-in contracts. You can cancel or change your gin club box frequency at any time. Our online portal allows you to skip a delivery with ease, and we send reminder emails each month so you’ll never receive an unwanted box.

How do I manage my membership?

Our simple online portal gives you the option to skip your next scheduled delivery, change your address or frequency of delivery, and much more.

Do I get any added benefits as a Garden Street member?

Yes. We’re passionate about sharing our love of gin, of going beyond the gin club box and immersing our members in the world of gin. As a member, you’ll receive invitations to gin tastings, offers and promotions, and our magazine, which features gin cocktail recipes, interviews with eminent gin aficionados and more.

Can I gift a Garden Street membership?

Yes. Our beautifully designed boxes with the carefully curated craft gin and assorted goodies inside make the perfect gift for all occasions. Gift gin club memberships work on the same monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and enter any other further details in the notes section at checkout.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free of charge Australia-wide for all subscription boxes. All gin shop purchases have shipping added according to state. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide, at the moment the Garden Street Gin Club is not available internationally.

How long do you expect my gin club box take to arrive?

Our gin boxes get shipped in the second week of the month, orders placed after our first shipment date will be shipped every Monday until the end of the month.

What if I am not home to receive my gin box?

Our gin boxes will be delivered via Australia Post or Sendle so if you are out, unless otherwise specified, the box will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office or Sendle collection point for you to pick up.

What if I did not receive my gin box?
Can I return my order?

If your gin club box is damaged, or you wish to return your order, please contact enquiries@gardenstreet.com.au.
